Activity app not syncing.

My activity app is not syncing with my iPhone. The last activity it traced was Friday around 6pm. It’s now Sunday about 730pm. I have done every step in trouble shooting. Bluetooth, privacy settings, turning watch and phone off and on. I’ve unpaired my watch and repaired with a backup. I unpaired my watch, deleted the activity app from my phone, and repaired as a new watch. Nothing is working. Still shows last activity as Friday, and not updating even my current steps. I have the Apple Watch 5 series, and the iPhone XR. Both completely updated.

I tried that suggestion as well, and it didn't work. I ended up repairing my watch to my phone and setting it up as a new watch (again), checked the activity app and it still wasn't syncing, putting it down b/c I was tired of messing with it, came back later and it had started syncing again from that point on. I still lost 2 days of activity information and I had to redo all of my settings, but that wasn't a huge deal to me. I don't know what I did, to be honest. And it's been acting kind of funky still, but I'm keeping an eye on it for now.

My activity app is not syncing with my iPhone either. I have an XR iphone and Apple watch series 4. I turned phone and watch off, made sure they're updated.

Then I followed fieryjack's suggestions, but activity is still not syncing.

Close the Activity app on the iPhone

On your watch: go the Home screen

(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on

the Activity app icon (coloured rings).

Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change

your Move Goal > change the goal.

You can move the goal back once it's working again.

On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - check that both Fitness Tracking and Health are enabled.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > check that both Fitness Tracking and Heart Rate are enabled.
