Mail has two clumps of credentials.

One clump for receiving and reading, that clump with the server host name, settings, and login credentials established for transferring mail to you, and a second clump for sending and forwarding, with a server host name, settings, and credentials for transferring mail from you.

The settings and server host names and accounts needed in these two clumps are unique to your account with your mail provider, so we can’t provide you with those without knowing hour mail provider. And it’s best if we don’t know your account and certainly not your password.

Here, your receiving and reading settings for IMAP or for POP are correct, while your sending and forwarding SMTP settings are seemingly incorrect. Some part of your SMTP server clump is incorrect.
