Voice Memo App spontaneously recording. Has anyone had an issue with Voice Memo App spontaneously recording? My iPhone did this at work and I have no explanation for it. I saw there were 26 New Recordings. If anyone has an explanation or how to fix it I would really appreciate it.

Voice memo on iPhone XS sucks I’ve been able to use the voice memo through text with my past (older) Apple devices. But with this phone it Records very low and has so much static. It’s like the volume is going in and out. What can be done about this ? Is my phone defective ? When people seen me voice memos I can hear them clearly.
