Return policy on items bought from Retailers

Hi,

I bought an Airpod Pro from Officeworks less than 2 weeks ago and want to return it. However, Officework say they will not return it due to hygiene issues and all.

Does apple still honour their 14 day return policy for apple products bought from other retailers? I bought the item for full price from officework coz they the apple store was closed due to this covid situation.

Didn't even open the wrap. But the employee refused to refund though I brought the receipt.
