Alias on iphone 8

I deleted an alias in icloud on my computer and it did go away however it did not remove the alias email from imail on my phone.

If the alias is only showing on your iPhone, try restarting your iPhone and making sure it’s up to date. These may be a simple fix to the issue:


Restart your iPhone

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If that doesn’t work, you may need to sign out of your account, restart, and sign back in. Before you do this, it’s important that you back up your iCloud info using the steps in this link:


Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud


Once your data is secure, you can sign out, restart your iPhone, then sign back in. This link can help you sign out:


Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac


Sign back in after this and see if the issue is resolved.
