You can ask the seller to do the following if you want to know the exact details:

login to your support profile on Apple: https://support.apple.com/my-support

All your Apple devices will be listed on this page.

Select the device you want to find the purchase date

You will see the device's Mode Name, Serial Number and Date of Purchase.

You can't, other than by asking whoever you got it from. The warranty on that phone is expired.
