Using microphone with RingCentral on iMac
Microphone problems. I'm using RingCentral over an Amazon WorkSpace (Windows) within a Chrome browser on an iMac OSX Mojave 10.14.6. Callers can't hear me. Apple Support tells me that unless RingCentral requests access to the microphone, or is already installed on the hard drive, there is no option in Settings, Privacy to grant access to RingCentral to use the microphone. What is the solution in this instance, please?
