I've recently bought a new Iphone SE running IOS 13.4.1.
The WiFi on it is so slow, I have an iPhone 6s work phone and before I used a Samsung Galaxy S9 which both work fine so I know it's not the WIFI.
I have reset the WIFI network on the phone and followed various guides online but to no avail.
Has anyone else has these issues? Is this a common problem with new Apple phones, do we need to wait for a new IOS update to fix this?

It sounds like you are experiencing an WI-FI issue with your new phone. For this there are a few resources which maybe able to help resolve this issue.
Connect to WI-FI on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch wont connect to a WI-FI network
If this does not answer your question, I suggest contacting Apple Support to determine next steps.

Over 4000 views and many many comments about people having the exact same issue.... possibly software related, likely hardware Wifi component issue and unlikely an easy fix for Apple..
