My wife’s iPhone XS Max has decided to stop taking screen shots. I’ve tried using the buttons and setting it up to use assistive touch. The iOS level is 13.4.1. I have no problems doing screenshots on my iPhone X or iPad Pro. Which are at the same iOS level. I have tried force restarting and powering it off and letting it sit for awhile. Still will not work. Any suggestions or fixes?

Thank you very much. As a a retired system & networking engineer I had a gut feeling that something was interfering with my wife’s phone operations. I had no idea she had a work profile installed on the phone for access to her hospitals email. She said she knew she had something on her iPad for work mail but doesn’t know how it got on her phone. I asked her to try a screenshot from her iPad and sure enough it didn’t work either. I looked down through the extensive list of restrictions in the profile and I couldn’t believe what else they were blocking along with screenshots. She said she doesn’t need work email on her phone so I deleted the profile. As soon as I did screenshots stared working again.
