iPhone XS Battery Problem ?

Hello all, I would like to describe a really awkward situation regarding my iPhone XS battery. A few days ago, and while my battery was about 90% charged, I was playing a game and suddenly the battery's charge dropped to 1% and the phone restarted every time I was trying to use it within a couple of minutes! Also, a notification came up, stating that the phone was unable to verify that its battery was genuine. When I plugged in my phone to the charger, nothing happened. The characteristic sound came up, but the battery could not be charged at all! No matter how many times I tried, no matter how many restarts and resets, the battery refused to charge, stucked always at 1%. Yesterday after 4-5 days without being charged at all, the phone eventually displayed a notification that warned me that there was 10% battery left! So, I decided to reconnect it to my charger (genuine iPhone's charger - always!). And to my surprise, all of a sudden, the battery started charging as before, normally!!! Also, during the days that this problem occured, the Battery Health stated that it could not determine the battery's health and of course that the battery was not genuine. Yesterday, though, when my battery started charging again, the battery health now states that of course it's a genuine battery and its health is 96%. In other words, all is back to normal, like before.

The first screenshot below shows the problem:

...and the second screenshot shows that indeed, the problem has now gone:

I must also state that I keep my phone always updated with the latest iOS versions. The phone is in a very good condition (no drops, no liquid spills, dirt, etc.). And finally I would like to mention that this 'not genuine' battery and 'no battery health' with the '1% charge' has occured 4-5 times in the past, BUT the huge difference is that with a restart I could easily overcome this problem, whereas in the last time I could not make my battery charge at all!

So, I would like to ask, is this documented in any way? Is Apple aware of this? Because, clearly, my battery is genuine and its health is also in a very good level (I have also tested it using coconut battery app in my MacBook Pro). So, does anyone know if this has happened before? Is it something that can be addressed in a future iOS update? (because I've had many updates but still the problem has occured again). And, I don't know, is my battery faulty or something? Or it could be a software bug? Any directions would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

It is not just a drainage problem. It suddenly dropped from 90% to 1% (instantaneously) and restarted. And the same problem has occured to me 4-5 times in the past in various iOS versions ONLY when I attempt to charge my phone! But after a restart the problem was gone. The only difference THIS time is that I was not able to charge my battery at all, and only when the phone eventually displayed a 10% low level notification I was able to recharge! That is after 4 days had passed when I couldn't charge at all.
