Setup Apple Watch
I’m trying to set my Apple Watch up on my phone, but every time I put my Apple ID in, it says cannot unlock this Apple Watch with this Apple ID. What do I do?

Ok, you need to contact them and get them to follow these steps;
Before you sell, or buy a watch from someone else
The watch is activation locked and you won't be able to use it until they remove the lock.
