In settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard, tap over at the right edge and make sure it is on British (and NOT on "automatic" or "US").
If you go to Settings>General>Keyboards>Hardware Keyboard, did you check the Modifier keys? Also, check in Setting>Accessibility>Keyboards.
Describe "glitching". Is this a Bluetooth keyboard? Have you checked the batteries in the keyboard, or if needed, the charge status?
No, it's not a Bluetooth keyboard - it's one that is attached to the iPad Pro Case. When I try to type, certain letters type random letter and symbols instead of what I touch - I've gone into settings and ensured that the hardware keyboard is in English UK and QWERTY keyboard is on. Any help would be great !

Also been in settings - general - keyboard - hardware keyboard and it's definitely set to British.
Its quite puzzling, isn't it ?
Yes, tried both these suggestions, but unfortunately still getting random letters and symbols whilst trying to type. Any other tips / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have not seen any other reports of that kind of behavior. Normally I would suspect the keyboard had somehow gotten damaged. Can you try another bluetooth keyboard to see if it works ok?
