No information available for in-app purchases?

Hi! Just a bit ago I had this message pop up in Discord twice -

I haven't even made an in-app purchase in any app in months, and I definitely was not trying to purchase anything at the time, so I'm a bit baffled and I couldn't find any answers for this here. Is there a reason this kept popping up? Thanks.
