Does your refund go directly back to your card?

It will be credited to the charge card used for the purchase.

I'll post the same article as Eric did: How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take. What shows up in our account may take several days after the refund is received or may not appear until the next billing cycle. Ask your credit card issuer how they handle refunds.
