Upon catalina update, saba meeting cannot find my camera

Upon i updated to Catalina , the Saba meeting app i use for meetings and conferences with my class cannot find my camera. I cannot find Saba app on Security preferences to give it access from there either. Does anyone has the same problem? It seems like it cannot recognise Macbook's camera anymore and Macbook cannot find Saba's request for camera.
