Is there any way I can open up my ipod that has been disabled for 26 million minutes without losing the data on it?

Hello,

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPod to factory settings. Unless you previously performed a backup then there is no way for you to recover your data. This is an important lesson as to why it is always important to maintain a current backup.
