Broken phone

My daughter cracked her screen on her phone and then it started glitching and it finally went out. She can’t use her phone so I’m trying to see if I can get a replacement if I have warranty or see if I can get it fixed if I ship it again.

Even if the iPhone has a warranty, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. You need to contact Apple Support to see about a service request. There will be a fee, depending on what is wrong. Get Support
