iphone 7 - no wifi or bluetooth - overheats and loses power very quickly not usable

I got my iphone 7 replaced in September 2019, no damage to speak of....since February 2020 bluetooth and wifi stopped functioning. since March, battery life drains from 100% to 0% in about 15 mins. It gets extremely hot and is completely nonfunctional. How do I get this phone replaced / fixed during the pandemic? I need it replaced asap.
