Passcode locked?

Yeah it's the passcode it says it's disabled I don't know how to reset the passcode I trued I tunes and it had an error
And the error is....?
I don't know I went to go and reset the data on my iPhone with I tunes and the iTunes says and error accured I just need some help
Can u walk me through how to do it I moved from Android and iPhone is different and harder to get into I may go back to Android
