My iPad 3 Model A1430 screen not working and is black although Siri is working can you help me to solve the problem.

It sounds like a screen failure, but we can't diagnose that kind of problem remotely, sorry.
Assuming you've already tried a forced restart of your iPad (to no avail), see if, contacting Apple Support online at: iPad - Official Apple Support you can get a remote diagnostics assistance.
