iOS 13.4.1 broke Instagram/Reddit - severely slowed phone and Snapchat doesn't work either

I unfortunately downloaded iOS 13.4.1 on my iPhone 7 yesterday and the results have been terrible to the point that I'm making one of these posts for the first time.

Instagram and Reddit will not load and cannot get past the loading screen. I have tried deleting, refreshing, clearing all apps and none of that usual stuff works. It keeps crashing my phone on the internet when I try to look things up there so now I'm using my work laptop.

Also, my phone performance has been nothing short of terrible since I downloaded this. It can't open half of my apps and if it does, nothing loads and it stops working all together.

This is a new iPhone still, I got it in November, so it isn't the usual slow down after 2 years. I have fantastic WiFi and that is not the issue here.

If you haven't downloaded 13.4.1 - AVOID. Terrible, terrible upgrade
