How to reset my Apple watch workout goal to None

My Apple watch's outdoor-walk goal used to be indeterminate. That is, neither the time, the distance, nor the calorie burn was specified, and when I pressed Start, a green 3-2-1 countdown ring appeared and then the clock started. After a recent update, however, I inadvertently set the goal to 1:06. Now, a YELLOW 3-2-1 countdown ring appears -- and if I want an indeterminate goal, I have to manually set all three goals -- calories, time, distance -- to zero before starting the workout. Worse, I have to do this every time I do a workout. How can I reset the watch to keep an indeterminate goal indefinitely?

Just before your next workout do this;

On the workout type tap on the 3 dots top right corner and tap on Open then start a workout and when you've finished tap on end,the watch will remember your last setting and next time you do a workout it should be set to open goal.
