Apple ID on one of my devices doesn't recognize me.
On my MacBook when I try to enter my Apple ID password (which I do know), it doesn't recognize it and the "hint" answer was definitely not set up by me. I have also received emails from people who clearly think I'm someone else. None of my privacy seems to be compromised, in that I haven't had any unauthorized charges on my bank account or anything. Seems that something got mixed up a while back. So, I am not able to sign in using my Apple ID or to even reset my password because it doesn't even recognize me. My other Apple devices do recognize me and my Apple ID password. It's just this one MacBook device that doesn't. What is going on??
