Cannot remove disk password user

I am getting a "disk password" user when I am logging in to my early 2015 MacBook Pro. I believe this is because I restored my SSD recently, but formatted my SSD with APFS (encrypted).

I have tried turning on and off filevault, and the user is still there.

I have also tried this:

sudo fdesetup list

And it only shows up one user, which is my primary/user account.

What are some options I have to remove the "disk password" user? It is not helpful since it just restarts the computer when I log in with this account.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

I have fixed this issue by reformatting my disk to APFS, then installing Catalina to that new reformatted disk, then migrating my old data from a Time Machine back-up then enabling File Vault.

It seems that File Vault and APFS (encrypted) do not mesh well.
