My kids disable my Ipad and nowit shows Ipad Disable connect to Itunes

I tried but it doesn't work what else can i DO?

You need to connect your iPad to your computer iTunes,

See instructions here: If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
