view icloud backup files

I’m running out of space in my iCloud account. Most of my data is backup files. 2 of them I might be able to delete but I don’t remember what is on them so I dont want to delete it. Can I view which files are in that backup file without Having to reinstall it onto another ipad? I dont have an ipad to play with. How can I reduce the backup files size. I have no clue why they are so big.

Open Settings > Head to your profile at the top > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > [the name of your iPad]. There you can view what is inside of your iPad's iCloud backup and disable things so next time your iPad backs up (which happens overnight) the things you disabled will won't back up next time (by default photos are backed up as apart of iCloud Photo Library). Also when your iPad backs up it deletes the previous backup so don't worry about multiple back ups eating all your space.
