i dont have access to my old phone or apple id how do i pair my watch to my new phone and apple id

To remove your watch from your old phone;

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.

Without that old apple id the watch is of no use to you.
