Adding Multiple Music Tracks To Keynote '08 Presentation

I have a Keynote '08 presentation that needs to have several music tracks added. The trick is that about 20 slides need one track, another 20 need another track, etc. How is the best way to get this accomplished? When completed this will be made into an iDVD project so that people can view it on their tv, etc...
