firmware update

Hi I'm trying to update my iMac 14.1 with latest Mojave update 10.14.6 but it says Macintosh HD need a firmware update to allow this to happen.

I am unable to proceed anyone know how I easily update the firmware so I can update the software.

You can download EFI firmware 1.1 for late 2013 iMac from following site.
