Hi,
I am using a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 model running MacOS Catalina.
The volume and the brightness slider on the TouchBar should automatically disappear after use, but they are stuck there and I have to close them by pressing elsewhere on the touchbar. Even though the issue is not critical, but it's irritating. Has anyone experienced this ?

Thanks for your suggestions, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. I tried resetting the SMC many times, but to no avail.
