iphone 8 slow internet connection

Recently my iphone 8 has slow internet connection-2 bars. It only happens in my home. My laptop is fine so wifi isn't the issue plus I have tried turning it off with no change. Tried all the resetting etc suggested by my phone provider's customer service. Nothing helps. I can't load many things or use my Pandora---internet is so slow Pandora is constantly buffering. Help please
