Remote control We’re not on the same Wi-Fi

We’re not on the same Wi-Fi and live in different cities. How can I help my nearly blind mother sign on to Zoom? I would like to be able to take control of her iPad and do it for her remotely.

iphone remote screen access Hello - Being able to remotely control my Dad's Mac screen via Message invitation has been a life saver. His memory is fast fading and he can't do anything on his computer without me helping him. He can't remember how to use his iPhone anymore either. He gets stuck and upset. I try to talk him through it, but it just doesn't work for him. Does anyone know if there is an iPhone version of remote access on the cards with Apple? Remote access/control of ipad I am trying to troubleshoot my 93 year old mother's ipad. I live 250 miles from her and need to access her ipad to see what is going on. Is there an app or method I can do so? At a minimum I need to see her screen but would like to take control of the ipad to correct the issues. I have read about TeamViewer but also see many scammers use the app and I don't want to put her through the burden of not sharing her information to bad people. Thanks

Well, I do not use Zoom, but you might contact their support team and ask there.

I use TeamViewer for remote connections, and that's enough for my needs.
