Can I fill the icalendar boxes with colour?

Why there are some event can be filled with background colour and come are not? Such as the Start of Summer Term are filled with background colour and HK Community are not filled. Can I set all the ecent are filled with background colour so it is much more easy to see? Thank you.

IS there anyway to color code the dots on your calendar so that they are not all showing grey, I know you can color code your appointments however the dots that appear when you look at the calendar in monthly view it is full of grey dots, I was hoping for a way to not only color code the appointment(s) but also the "notification dots" when you are looking at the entire month I.E. blue for medical, purple for financial, green for meeting(s), teal for holidays, and/or be able to make a custom color for multiple appointments without having to download/pay for a third party calendar app? My calendar colour keeps changing to a colour i don't want. My iCal calendar colour keeps changing back and it's annoying me. Does anyone know how to fix this. I want it to be a different colour from other calendars in my iCal. Thanks

Background color on calendar, can it be changed to light gray? Is there a way to change the background color of calendar from white to light gray? Have been using black background for less blue light, but harder to see the different colors of calendar entries. Would be helpful if possible to do

Timed events are displayed with a colored dot, and untimed/all-day events are displayed with colored background.

No, but you can let Apple Inc. know about your desire for that option by using Calendar Feedback.
