IPhone Photo Stream not working - tried all sorts of fixes. - nope

Photo Stream stopped syncing two days ago. I turned it off, in the settings. Deleted whe the Delete option popped up. Took a fresh photo, ten minutes ago, and it still hasn’t appeared in the Photo Stream album - right next to my camera roll. Did an update break this?
