after login it asks me to select wifi. cannot even bypass wifi until i restore. On itunes, it says i need to restore to gain access. I know how to restore normally from the device icon on the top left, but it will not let me. How do I restore?

Is the iPad unlocked when you try restoring?
Yes. When unlocking the iPad the screen begins with the hello....etc like when you first set it up. But I cannot move forward in to any setup mode unless I restore
