Bluetooth Collaboration option missing from network adapter advanced settings

So, I have installed windows through bootcamp on my mac pro and am using an apple bluetooth keyboard and a magic mouse. The trouble arose when I connected my bluetooth headphones and the audio was extremely choppy. I read in many places that the solution to this problem is to change the bluetooth collaboration settings.

Unfortunately this option is not available to me in the dirver settings for the Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter. The drivers that I have installed are version 101.10.152.4, dated 04/11/2019 (I'm guessing that this is the 4th of november as I'm in Ireland, but I'm not sure). I have tried downloading support software and installing the drivers again as had been suggested in some of the posts I could find, but it just keeps the same driver version.

Thanks in advance!

The audio is still choppy even when the wifi is turned off. I know its not a hardware issue because when I boot into OSX instead of Windows the problem isn't there. I forgot to say in my original post that it seems to be the mouse that is causing the problem. If I turn off the mouse, the audio problems resolve immediately, and similarly if I reconnect the mouse the problems start again. I know that a solution would be to just get a non-bluetooth mouse or non-bluetooth headphones but that can be expensive!
