Podcast Feed Failure artwork..

Hi, I have been trying to publish my podcast via the itunes connect feed and continue to get an error for the artwork. "Podcast artwork must be between 1400x1400 and 3000x3000, etc.

I've redone the image several times and I'm pretty sure it fits the requirement but I keep getting the error.

The RSS feed is coming from Podbean so I would think this should go pretty smooth.

Can someone please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Podcasts Connect is saying 'Prepared for submission' meaning the feed is technically OK. The image is OK, so either you hit a glitch or you corrected it after posting.
