Change of region

please how can I spend my 0.47 cents balance to enable me change my country/region. I can’t find what to buy for that amount in the Apple store. I will appreciate your help please.
Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
