SAME!!!!! Mine worked fine until yesterday, I’ve never dropped this phone, always had it in a case with a protector and worked flawless until yesterday when it just stopped recognizing me, reset it and now it won’t let me set up a new one
I’ve been thru all those steps and still get “Face ID is not available” when trying to reset it. It worked well until last week. What do I do?
I contacted Apple Support and they’ve instructed me to take my iPhone to an authorized Apple Service Center.
