Am seeing that SMS

Please help before my phone was turning on and off showing Apple logo
I pressed simultaneously power and down button it gives such a SMS above
Can please solve that problem for me?

It's in recovery mode. Plug it into your computer and restore iOS using iTunes.
When plugged in charging get on and off when removed from charge become off
I tried to press side button (top) and volume button It gives itune option but when connected to computer iphone is off and am not able to get Itune
