Factory rest on my iPhone 6s still the other storage is not deleting

I did factory rest on my iphone 6s more than 5 times still the other storage is not deleting why??

System Data is MUCH larger after a restore. Hey. The back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro Max broke so I used AppleCare plus to get an express replacement. I’ve now restored it 3 times using iCloud backups. My original phone works flawlessly. Storage space on the phone is 356.6gb out of 512gb. My new one (exact same phone) is still updating, has 40gb left witch will end up exceeding the 512. Like 150gb more data than the phone it is supposed to be a copy of. Is there a fix for this? Fully half of the data is system data. Over 200gb of system data?? For reference I’ve had almost every iteration of the iPhone since #3. I’ve backed up and restored 15-20 phones at least. Never had this issue.

That means it is real storage, just not in the categories mentioned

Clear out your social networking history will help. there is some app storing history
