Apple Watch Update

I would like to submit a complaint about your customer service. I have proudly owned Apple products for over 12 years with no worries. Unfortunately, 2 days ago my Apple Watch was performing an update and afterwards, it no longer worked. I have a red circle with an exclamation point in the middle. I contacted Support to resolve this issue and after several attempts to restart the watch, nothing worked. The watch was working perfectly fine before I performed the automatic update. Now I’m being told that I must send it in and pay $177.95 to get it repaired plus $6.95 for shipping and handling. This is absolutely unacceptable because on your website, you can buy a brand new watch for $199. Apple usually makes great products. I’m just hoping that the company is not now heading towards the wrong direction.
