Apple Watch series 5 elevation gain
Hello
can anyone tell me how Apple calculate elevation gain? Mine varies significantly and I cannot work out how they calculate it!

The apple watch uses GPS and a Barometric Altimeter to measure elevation gain,I don't the mathematical formula they use though,I think only apple knows that.
