Macs with USB-A port?

Hi,

I need to buy a new computer and ideally I want a new version of my current computer which is a macbook pro from late 2013. It looks like the newer models do not have any normal USB ports; is this true? Is there any way to get a mac that has USB-A ports? Using an adapter is not acceptable to me.

I don't need any of the fancy stuff they put on the new macbook pros (this machine is meant for work, not play), so I'd be happy if I could buy an unused mac that was made in 2013. Is this possible?

Thank you

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Current Macbook Pro models do not have USB-A ports, have not had them for some years now. Some mac users were / are unhappy about this. The 16" MBP has 4 Thunderbolt 3 ports, each of which can connect to a monitor or ethernet or USB-A, or a hub which has all of these and more.

If you hate dongles, I recommend a 2012 MBP, which had USB3 ports.
