I haven't used itunes in awhile all my downloaded apps are missing

I've been using Android for several years and now have an iPhone. When I log into my old iTunes account on my PC there are no apps shown, paid or free. Do these just disappear when you don't use them anymore? I have tried everything I could think of. Can anyone tell me how to recover these apps? There is one in particular that I really need but can't remember the name of it to re-download. Thanks for any help

Apps are no longer shown in iTunes. Instead, apps are managed directly on the device (iPhone, iPad or iPod).

Sign into your iTunes account on your iPhone (in the App Store app) and go to the Apps section of the store (there's an icon on the bottom bar). Once there, click on the "person" icon and select Purchased from the list.

If the app is not shown in the All list, that suggests that it is no longer available.
