I can't get good wifi signal with iPad

For a couple days now, I can't get good wifi signal with iPad. Other

devices get wifi. Here's what I've done so far: hard started the ipad;

reset modem (speed test is good). It showed that it updated to the

recent 13.4 something ios, could that be the problem? I'm trying to

update it now to the 13.5 version, but it's having problems because of

connection. Any ideas?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
