Some weeks ago, Keynote and Pages were opening the last opened documents I had before close the apps.
Now it looks that is not working and I don't see any option in preferences to set it up.
Anyone knows how to do it?

It isn't specific to those two apps but there is an option at System Preferences > General > Close Windows when quitting an app. If the checkmark is removed from that setting, when an app opens it will open withe the windows that were open when it was previously quit.
