I have followed the instructions on the website and tried using a clean cloth with some water. I did not get clean. I am hesitant on using cleaners as I don't want to ruin the band/material. I have the white sports band but now the outside looks grey/blue and I would like it to be white again. Any other suggestions other than just water and cloth that has been tried and worked without ruining it?

My white band get yellowish spots from time to time due to the continuous contact with my skin.
I had good results with bleach.
Remove the bands from the watch, submerge them (and only them – not the watch) in a little quantity of bleach (or bleach mixed with water), wait a few minutes and rinse. Wipe with a cloth if necessary where the stains are more prominent.
The above mentioned process has been tested with white fluoroelastomer band only.
Don't use bleach on any other material.

search for cleaning tips of the material it's made of, the search result of cleaning say fluoroelastomer or the likes
would give a lot more hits as the material would be used in many types of things.
I agree, for a white band diluted bleach gives good results.
I've used the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and it works fine and doesn't damage the band.
