Can't get Cellular Option in My Watch Tab

Dear, Sir/Ma'am I have watch series 4 Cellular and iPhone 7 Indian purchase. but when I want to activate cellular, I can't get any option cellular in My watch Tab. Now what can I do to get this option

Does the Apple Watch have a Red Dot 🔴 or a Red Ring ⭕️ on the Digital Crown? That is the sign you have a cellular model Apple Watch.
