Earphones/software issue

While using my earphones on call, the audio switches to speaker randomly. any solution?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello,

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

my phone is new

got it 2.5 weeks back
